Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Modifications:

  • You may request modifications to your order (e.g., delivery address change) within 6 hours of placing it.
  • Orders scheduled for same-day delivery cannot be modified after confirmation.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled at least 2 days before delivery (48 hours) for a full refund.
  • In rare cases, cancellations may be accepted up to 24 hours before delivery, at our discretion.
  • Once a cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed within 48 hours in accordance with our refund policy.

🚫 Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before delivery will not be accepted.

 

2. Refund Policy

Refunds for eligible orders will be processed as follows:

  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • International bank transfers: If the payment was made via an international bank transfer, the refund will be provided as a store credit coupon for future purchases.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after approval.

🚫 Delivery fees and transactional fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.

 

3. Returns & Complaints

We take quality and product integrity seriously. If you experience any issues, please review our return policy below:

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing contact@stellarmauritius.com with clear photos of the product.
  • Provide proof of damage (images of the product and packaging).

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items, return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

🚫 Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

 

4. Health & Wellness Product Disclaimer

  • Due to the nature of health supplements, beverages, and perishable consumables, we do not accept returns for:

    • Opened or used products.
    • Products that do not meet personal preferences (e.g., taste, texture).
    • Allergic reactions (customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing).
  • If you receive an expired or incorrect item, please report it immediately upon delivery with supporting photos.

 

5. Availability of Products & Replacements

While we strive to maintain stock availability, some products may occasionally be out of stock.

  • If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange:
    • A replacement with an equivalent product of equal or greater value.
    • A store credit or refund if no suitable replacement is available.

🚫 No refunds will be issued for minor packaging differences or branding variations.

 

6. Coupons & Gift Cards

  • Only one coupon or gift card can be applied per order.
  • Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated.

 

7. Artisanal & Specialty Products

In addition to our supplements and beverages, Stellar Mauritius may offer artisanal products such as handcrafted items and limited-edition gift sets.

  • As each handmade item is unique, slight variations in design and appearance are expected.
  • No refunds or exchanges are provided for handmade gifts unless:
    • The item arrives damaged or incorrect.
    • You report the issue immediately upon delivery by emailing contact@stellarmauritius.com with supporting photos.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition.
