1. Order Confirmation & Payment Methods

After placing an order on StellarMauritius.com, we verify the provided details, including payment method and delivery address.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (via secure payment gateway)
  • Bank Transfers
  • MCB Juice Payment

We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. If an order is rejected:

  • You will be notified via the email provided at checkout.
  • Your payment will not be charged.
  • If a charge has already been processed, a refund will be issued within 48 hours.

 

2. Order Limitations & Bulk Orders

All orders are manually reviewed to ensure we can fulfill them. If multiple or bulk orders are placed within a short period, we will:

  • Verify stock availability before confirming the order.
  • Contact the customer for verification if needed.

We reserve the right to:

🚫 Reject orders that we cannot fulfill.
🚫 Limit the number of items in an order if necessary.
🚫 Cancel orders if we are unable to confirm the customer’s details.

 

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Order Modifications:

  • Customers can modify delivery details within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders scheduled for same-day delivery cannot be modified after confirmation.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery date.
  • In rare cases, cancellations may be accepted up to 24 hours before delivery, at our discretion.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 48 hours, following our refund policy.

🚫 Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before delivery will not be accepted.

 

4. Delivery Process & Issues

We offer three delivery options based on urgency and order value:

Delivery Options & Fees:

🚀 Express Delivery (24 Hours) – Rs 500 (price may vary depending on other factors).
📦 Standard Delivery (Within 3 Days) – Rs 250 (price may vary depending on other factors).
🎁 Free Delivery – Available for orders above Rs 5000 (within 3 days).

Delivery Schedule:

  • Orders are processed based on the selected delivery option at checkout.
  • Same-day delivery is not available.

Recipient Unavailability:

  • If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt a second delivery and notify the sender.
  • If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be held at our office in Floreal for collection.
  • The sender or recipient must collect the order within 24 hours.
  • Unclaimed orders will be discarded, and no refunds will be issued.


5. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen events, such as:

🌿 Supply shortages
🌧️ Extreme weather conditions
🚨 National emergencies

We will offer either:

✅ A full refund to the original payment method, OR
✅ An alternative delivery date if requested by the customer.
